New Rs 1000 notes in few months, all denomination of notes to be reintroduced with new design

On Thursday, Economic Affairs Secretary, Shaktikanta Das announced that a new Rs 1000 will be released in the coming months. "In a few months, new color combination and new design 1000 Rupee notes will be released," he said.
